Concordia University – Cours FFAR 291/SOCI 2910 : HIV/AIDS, An Interdisciplinary
Design of internal pages and the visual structure for the university course HIV/AIDS: An Interdisciplinary Introduction at Concordia University.
This multidisciplinary course explores the scientific, social, and cultural dimensions of the HIV/AIDS pandemic. The mandate was to design a clear, cohesive, and engaging digital environment that facilitates navigation between learning modules, assessments, and multimedia resources (text, video, audio).
The interface focuses on an accessible and seamless user experience, allowing students to track their progress, access course content, and interact with instructors within a centralized platform.
The art direction adopts a documentary-inspired black-and-white aesthetic punctuated with soft pink tones, evoking memory, empathy, and solidarity around the topic. This color palette reflects an inclusive and respectful approach, aligned with the interdisciplinary nature of the course.
The project was developed in close collaboration with the eConcordia team to ensure technical compatibility and UX optimization across the platform.
